All Israeli hostages were freed by Hamas after two years, following a peace deal brokered by US President Donald Trump.

Hostages are Free! Trump Visits Israel.

In a huge and historic event, all the Israeli people who were being held as hostages by Hamas for over two years have finally been released. This happened because a major deal was agreed upon—a ceasefire (stop to the fighting) that was put together by US President Donald Trump.

The release of the hostages was part of a prisoner exchange: Israel agreed to let go of some important Palestinian prisoners in return for the safe return of its own citizens.

President Trump flew to Tel Aviv soon after the news, where he met with the Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, and the relieved families. Trump called it a "day of hope" and said that talking and courage can fix even the worst conflicts.

The released hostages, some of whom were very sick from their time in captivity, are now getting medical help. There were very emotional scenes as they met their families at the airport. Israel has called this a "national day of relief."

In Gaza, the Palestinian prisoners who were released were celebrated by their families. Hamas leaders called the deal a "victory."

The peace deal also promises to bring in humanitarian aid (help for people), rebuild the areas destroyed by the war, and slowly remove the restrictions on Gaza. People around the world see this as a big chance for peace in the Middle East, though everyone is watching carefully to see if the ceasefire will last.

This whole agreement finally closes a sad chapter of the conflict, bringing a rare moment of peace and happiness to both sides.
